UI scale glitch

[Overclock]

i found that sometimes, when i click load craft in kerbal space program in the editor, it takes a while to load, and the UI shrinks to what is basically 80%!!!
anyone have any idea how to fix the glitch? i changed the ui scale and it usually fixes it, but this time it wont reset!

EDIT: it was the screen resolution the whole time!!! the problem is solved!
the problem was the gamw was set to maximum resolution, and my pc can handle 1366 x 768 without much lag, but any higher, the fps drops because the screen has to do more work in the same amount of time...
