SpaceY textures glitch [Help?]

I recently installed SpaceY Heavy Lifter Parts mod, and whenever i attach any 5 meter fuel tanks on a ship their texture starts flickering as if they were badly clipping into something else(and i made sure i am not accidentally placing two of them with symetry).

Does anyone know a fix for this?

[also, i am playing on 1.4.1 but i made sure i got the latest version of the mod]
