How do I get clouds and weather in KSP?
I had installed the EVE mods, but it did not work. Help would be appreciated.

There are two parts to E.V.E. The plugin that allows clouds to be possible, then the config and texture files that tell the plugin what to load and how. You have probably only downloaded the plugin. Just to be sure, check you have this version...

https://github.com/WazWaz/EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements/releases/tag/EVE-1.4.2-2

...and add these configs...

https://github.com/WazWaz/EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements/releases/tag/EVE-1.2.2-1

Note: Don't download the plugin again.

So that means I have to download EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements-1.4.2.2.zip and Source code (zip) right?

I did that and there were no clouds.
