Panning in Orbital Map view
Is there a way to pan around in the Orbital Map view? I'm having a hard time getting nav points and targets into view if the focus is always centered on a planet/etc.

i was hoping there's something like shift+right-drag or whatever obscure combination...

The camera always centers on something, then you use arrow keys or right click drag to move it around. I can't really see a situation where Tab, Shift+Tab (close the navball for that one) and ' (to return the view to your ship) won't cover you, since you have a 360 degree view around whatever you centered the camera on...
