Kerbal Space Program
All crafts spining for no reason without SAS on
Hi Everyone, im having a problem with every ship rotating as if im holding Q when i turn off SAS. i can retrim using Alt+E to the mid point but then lose the ability to use E at all, its fireing RCS on its own aswell, turning SAS back on and the craft will stop spinning. surely a stable craft sitting in space shouldn't just start spinning and gaining rotaional speed on its own when i turn SAS off.

Ive tried Alt+X, nothing is clipping (and its on all crafts) during takeoff, crafts built from either VAB or SPH, basic ships and large ships do this

its happening in any gamemode aswell, including the tutorials, the moment i turn off SAS all craft start rotating as if Q is being held, turn SAS on and it stops the craft spinning, im sure this isnt normal, things don't spin for no reason

Do you have a game controller or joystick active?
nope nothing plugged in but good suggestion, it is as if another input is happening but only when SAS is turned off

modded?
yeah, its a long list of various parts packs, remote tech, mechjeb, FAR, few contract packs. would the problems persist even on stock vessles in tutorial modes if its not using any of those parts?

sticky q key? try another keyboard?

i have proper control over the crafts with SAS on, and no other games are doing anything strange that use Q, but thank for your suggestion (have just tried another keyboard anyway)
still happening after most mods removed, im going to do a clean install of kerbobugo and see if its gone
after a clean install and reinstalling all previous mods, its working fine now, same mods just reinstalled
How many mods are you running?

errm about 70 according to ckan, alot are contract packs and little addons, i have no idea what one was causing it
Oh wow... well, thats that^^
If this happens again, try deleting module managers cached files. It could be as simple as patching in the wrong order due to new mods geting added after previous ones had been cached.
