White boxes on toolbar, how to fix?

So I'm relatively new to modding this game, but so far all worked well.

Then I noticed how tedious it is to manually install mods all the time, so I got CKAN and re-installed the three mods I had (Stage Recovery, EVE and Engineer Redux) through that, as well as some others that seemed interesting.

Now I have a few white boxes on my toolbar where I don't even know what mods they belong to (one is from Stage Recovery whch I had before). I'm guessing it's missing icon files? But how do I fix this properly?

Not got those mods specifically but there is also toolbar mod and it might be required for those specific ones.

If that were the case than CKAN would have asked for it, no? Besides, Stage Recovery worked perfectly fine when I had it manually installed.

On top of that, I HAVE "toolbar" installed.

I don't even know what that means, so I'm guessing no? Unless it's the default state, then yes. Duh. XD
