how to use kerb net?
when i'm trying to use kerbnet it say's "kerbnet offline please ensure that you are accessing kerbnet with a compatible scanning mode"

You need a connection to the KSC to use Kerbnet.

probably you need polar resource scan first?
Or some building upgrade in KSC.
And then I would suspect some mod.
