Facility is closed? Mission control and Administration building for Science mode?
Facility is closed? Mission control and Administration building for Science mode?
Odd. Is this normal for science mode? Thanks in advance.

Career mode has all of the buildings open.
Science sandbox and regular sandbox have a few closed buildings.

In science mode you don't need money therefore no reason for investments. (Admin.)
As far as I know you can only do missions in Career mode. (Mission Control)
Sounds normal too me.
