Props for the wit Steve. I liked that one.
Sadly I am in the same boat as you and came here to see if you had got an answer. Didn't get an answer but I got a giggle.
Only thing I would say though is that its a bit of a hassle to keep opening the orbit window, I wish it was just on screen like you can do with mechjeb custom window editor.
How does "use your own skills instead of autopilot" merit a "suck my d*ck" ?
@steven777
Tbh, I was going to offer an alternative to MechJeb, but after reading your reply to Mech, I think I'll pass.
Good luck
It was last updated on the 13th of April...

Trying to eyeball or guess at transfer windows is just plain silly. I can certainly do it (and have many times), but ultimately it's not the way I prefer to play. If you're the type to enjoy sitting down and doing the math.. well, I guess props to you. For the rest of us, Mechjeb combines many essential functions into one mod that's reliably kept up to date and rarely breaks.
Shhh....it doesn't work if you tell everyone!
Here's the answer. ^ Go ahead and mark it solved, OP.
Holy throwback. What year is this? 2014?
Yeah, now the maneuver node functionality has been expanded greatly and you can get to other planets super easily with no mods at all. Doesn't really take much skill now that you can just drag lines around to plan your route, press a button to auto-align, and start your engines at the right time. This is a perfect middle-ground between automagic MechJeb and old-school no assistance at all.
We're not angry, just disappointed in you.
