Tanks with configurable fuel
Instead of having at least two of very fuel tank part cluttering the build menu, one for rockets, one for air or nerv engines they should all have a switch which lets you decide liquid fuel only, w/oxi, or monopropellant. Even mixed, more liquid fuel than oxidizer might be good a certain setups. Burn the oxidizer on launch and still have liquid fuel for nerv engines etc.

Thinking of this from trying to use MK2 parts for a space station, but only straight parts are exclusively liquid fuel. Adapters are only rocket fuel. And the odd ball inline MK2 clamp-o-tron is only monopropellant.

Suggested as a parts reduction program. Suppliers of parts don't have to keep two or three varieties of everything in stock all the time.

The big problem with putting this sort of thing in the stock game is that the old parts are already in use. Eliminating them entirely will break old saves.
