1. Tweak Scale
2. Kerbal Attachment System
3. Kerbal Inventory System
4. Kerbal Planetary Base System
5. Kerbal Engineer
I can't imagine playing without these 5 essentials now.
I think i may just play the base game until I land on MUN and then maybe revisit. It seems most of the mods are not updated for 1.7.3 yet.
I am looking at your list and none of them seem to be supported on the current version 1.7.3 except TweakScale

TY for the lists most of them look like stuff i want.
On CurseForge they are & even if they are just behind latest version they all work fine for me.
1. Get the name of the mod you want
2. Google it
3. Click on the result that takes you to the KSP forum thread of that mod
for example: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/154834-17x-anatid-robotics-mumech-mechjeb-autopilot-284-14-june-2019/
4. Read the last few pages to find out if it works for the latest KSP
5. Read the first post to find download link and other info
Basically almost every mod is first released here:
https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/forum/34-add-on-releases/
Then based on the modders preference, the file will be hosted on curse, spacedock, github, etc.
But this is where you'll find the most up to date information, not to mention feedback from other people who use that mod.
Very often a mod will be officially made for an older KSP version, while still working perfectly in the latest one as well.
Or you could check out CKAN which is a mod manager app, though i never used it myself so i can't comment on it's reliability.
I always preferred to install mods manually, that way i actually know what they are doing.
Which can be a pain in the ass when you deal with several versions, compatibility issues and a swarm of dependencies.
6.all near future mods
7.interstellar extended
8.extraplanitary launchpads
thats basically just ksp stockalike with a ton of niche parts to use
Same.
