Throttle lock?
I just had a problem with my rocket not being able to decrease its throttle (right shift) at all which makes the game impossible. Is there a way to decrease the throttle without the right shift or is there a problem with the craft itself?

You increase throttle with left shift and decrease it with left control.

if you bound the throttle to right shift and it still doesn't work, make sure that your current stage actually has engines that can be controlled. solid rocket boosters don't react to the throttle.

If you have no pilot, only probe control, and you lose contact with KSC (too far for your antennas or hidden behind a planet) then you cannot do nodes or throttle. Full throttle / cut throttle (Z and X keys by default) might still work tho.

Also yes, solid fuel boosters burn until depleted, no way to throttle them once started.

Also, make sure that Windows' accessibility features aren't getting in the way.

Ya, use right CTRL. I would love to know how you managed to decrease your throttle with right shift in the past. ;)

Depends on the keyboard mate tbh. Mines has programmable keys and I can make an ykey anything else, left & right shift functions included.
