To take this not as a troll post, i feel as though the difficulty is part of the fun. I've just completed my first career mode mun there and back science mission and done a few minmus missions in sandbox mode. Can't wait to try a gilly mission. The difficulty and failed attempts makes sucess feel fun and exciting! I'm sad to see this excitement isnt shared by all, maybe watch some tutorials and test your rockets in sandbox mode before buying a big rocket in career mode.

Unfortunatly, easy games became a trend.
I'm having to bear with seeing games I loved for years switch from being a team struggle to a casual experience of one shoting mobs for 5 minutes...

Even Star Citizen is droping the one gimmick it had to make the ships feel affected by gravity, because a portion of the player base did not like the idea that they could not hover a ship near the ground at impossible angles. Meanwhile on KSP, making peace with gravity is an achievement on its own.
KSP is turning out to be a blast (in so many ways ;) ) to me.
I was speechless when I managed to rescue my first Kerbal at Kerbin's orbit. When my little Plane made it into Orbit without even having Rapiers on. When I sent my first Gas station, then second, then third.
When I had to use a freaking science to Lab to dock to a mining ship also on Minmus to use the mining's ship thrusters to make a run with these ship to catch another mining ship I happened to overshot, and still bring all 3 back to Minmus (missing a few solar pannels after some miscarried docking).

Finally, does this mean we don't have to put up with your duplicate threads, asking the same inane questions over and over every 5 seconds?

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I don't think it's very difficult.Just look at other people's tutorials a little bit.

“difficult” is an important part of the gameplay in Kerbal, but its fun to learn and you now have ingame tutorials to learn the basics.

To me Its like dark souls with no punishment because you can restart missions at will without any loss.

prohint: dont install rogue system. :P

Thanks for the play by play, DillyBoy. You've never balked at the question of whether or not this game is hard, or if it's fun despite it's challenges, and now you're boldly discarding KSP in the face of the entire kerbal community. Godspeed you, and happy gaming.

It is difficult if you want to derive all concepts from first principles. Stand on the shoulders of the giants that came before you.
