Cannot open debug toolbar
Pressing Alt-F12, it doesn't open the toolbar. Never had problem before. Trying with both left and right alts, both the keys and F12 key work. Can't figure it out.
Tried in new game, doesn't work either.

ctrl + alt + f12

Had the same problem this morning after a long hiatus!

Pretty sure it's a shadowplay keybind. Your call if you change it or not.

Actually, I'd say check the keybinds anyway. Pretty sure it interferes with more than just KSP.

I keep denying G Force experience entry to my system once it started to require more data. Like those apps on mobile phone, that need your location to translate words or measure blood pressure? :D
There are other ways to update drivers.

As for Alt+F12 - yeah, G Force is one issue. Linux (add Right Shift) is another. And then some laptops prefer mulitmedia over Fn keys - may eventually create issues too.
