Your saved ships are located in KSP>saves>"yoursavegame">Ships>VAB/SPH
You could literally copy-paste the text in that .craft file from notepad to here and I could copy paste it back into my notepad, save it, and throw it in my ships folder, and it would work.
You'll also notice a Subassemblies folder at Kerbal Space Program/saves/(savename)/Subassemblies with the associated craft files for those.
Essentially they're just text, so easily zippable and transferrable. So long as you put the craft file in the right place, you can then load it up in-game like any other vessel.
https://kerbalx.com/ is a community run site with a whole bunch of shared vessels. They also make a helper mod, though I'm not sure what its state is in 1.3.1.
Edit: Durn ninjas.
Right click KSP in your Steam library and select properties, go to the local files tab; then select "browse local files."
-OR-
You can navigate there manually in Windows Explorer: This PC>OS(C:)>ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>KSP
Not KSP>Ships
KSP>Saves>"Yoursave">Ships
Like I explained in the first post.
Where are you trying to post it?
You'll have to use a file upload site like Dropbox or KerbalX. https://kerbalx.com/
Like I said before you can copy-paste but it's likely too big for the forums, and it's not really how crafts are typically shared.
Anytime!
