Help! cannot time warp in this scenario

Hi, I am playing in career mode and have a problem with time warp now. I already checked every single vehicle that is flying around - throttle is zero on any. There are no maneuver nodes set either but when I try to warp time it keeps saying " cannot warp time in this scenario". not even 2x - from any view ( Kerbal Space Station, orbit, elswhere ) please someone give me a hint, thanks

I've never seen that message...are you sure it's not "can't timewarp under acceleration?"

Are you in the atmosphere of a planet? Are you currently using your engines? If the answer to any is yes then that's why you can't use time warp, but you can use physics warp

no, no and I can't use physics warp either

I am thinking of reinstalling the game actually

maybe you are indeed in a scenario, not career. Training maybe?
In Training scenarios there are some limitations - depends.

Shouldn't happen in regular career though. Verify, reinstall, try to remember when it started or what have you installed in addition to stock game.

thank you, I reinstalled the game and the mods and everything is working fine again

If you are using Tme Control (at the moment, in the 2.9 Version), try to Activate and then Deactivate the Slow-Motion feature. It works for me for this exact problem ("cannot time warp in this scenario".

Perhaps some other feature/mod can also fix this problem, or perhaps it's exactly some feature I'm using (as the Time Control itself) that when active triggers the problem, and this workaround I use shut the feature down - I don't know.

What I know is that toggling Slow Motion works for me. :-)
