Is EVE still the best cloud mod?
As the title says. I did a complete new install last night and got rid of all my mods that were out of date. I am looking to add clouds back and was curious if EVE is still the way to go for this?

Also, for those using CKAN, is there a way to set it up so CKAN uses 64 instead of 32 when it starts? I have read that 64 is the easiest way to help with ram issues. Thanks in advance!

Yes, EVE is still the best (really the only) option for clouds. Keep in mind that EVE needs configs, lots of configs are available, the base configs that come with EVE are just to give you an idea of what it can do.

I don't use CKAN so I couldn't tell you. Afaik you point it at your install folder, not an .exe so prolly not. Also yes; you should always use 64 bit; it's more stable and lifts the 4Gb RAM limit of 32 bit.

You don't have to start KSP through CKAN to use your mods if that was your concern.

I figured it was the only one. I used it prior to this latest install and loved it.

That was my exact concern. I never knew you could still run it from Steam.... Probably for the best I never knew this because CKAN doesn't keep track of how much time you waste like Steam does lol

Thanks!
