Test RT-10 "Hammer" solid booster in flight over kerbin

Hi, I have tried all I can think of yet still cant get mission to complete, what how do I go about completing mission? (alt 45 to 50k ft and speed 50 to 230m/s)
I selected the hammer and clicked on start test,, the engine engaged yet dont get mission to complete, I get the speed checked then checked off then the alt checked then checked off, what am I doing wrong? thanks

You need to click start test while at an altitude of 45k to 50k and have a speed of 50 to 230 m/s.

The three things need to happen at the same time.
