More planets?
Hey im looking for a mod that adds more planets, without changing the existing planets, possibly even a 2nd solar system? Preferably close to the vanilla style and not too realistic with massive distances to travel.
What can you guys recommend?

Outer planets mod adds 3 gas giats with a bunch of moons, but it moves Eeloo to the orbit of one of them.
There is also Extrasolar Planets Beyond Kerbol, it adds a new star, but it kind of requires Interstellar, as it is very far away (750 thousand years at normal speeds).

EDIT: There is also Kronkus Planet Pack, but I haven't tried it yet.

Kerbol Origins is very good, adds ~8 new bodies to explore, with one being in the LaGrange point behind Kerbin.

what can be great would be to make the kerbal solar system a double star system with the second star being 2 to 4 time farther then eeloo. and then make 4 to 5 planets around it. May be a double planets with each having an oxygen atmosphere and they are spinning around each other while orbiting together that second star. ssto will be usefull there and fun. But hey, it's a dream. :steamhappy:

To Boldly Go. Better have a warp drive. Lots of star systems possible.

new horizons. i must warn you, science rewards do not increase the further out ou are. My furthest point was solar orbit. But I landed a rover on Eli and crashed one on serran. very interesting planets, preserves the stock one, juust rearranges them. Opm is good, i use it, adds some outer planets and moons, relcates eeloo. latest verion of kopernicus (as of 9-8-17) will not allow terrain scatters to show up. next version will fix it. Galileo's planey pack has an included mod where you can actually keep the stock system, and instead of replacing the stock system, it will add another solar system far away. I think kerbol plus is another one, then there's one i forgot that adds the valentine system, and to boldy go. there is also a mod that adds a desert planet near - oh, here are all of them: http://outer-planets.wikia.com/wiki/Planet_Packs
