Good mods for colonization
Im looking for mods that bring in Bases and and more ore I am also running tac life support

I would advice USI mods : MKS/OKS with life support (I prefer USI-LS than TAC-LS, but both can be used). I am also using Ground Construction to pack all these non-aerodynamic stuff :)

As mpo1260 said, Kerbal Planetary Base Systems includes NICE parts. It's definitely one of my favorite mods. I much prefer SpaceDock over Curse, though, so here's a like to it there...

The other ones that are mentioned allow for (and require) a bunch of different complex manufacturing paths to run, if that's your sort of thing. I used to use them a lot, but I got rather tired of the additional systems, and I really don't like parts that don't have proper interiors.
