Is it possible to transmit data TO a science lab for processing?
I tried sorting through the pages of search hits on this subject, but they're all people asking how to transmit science back to to the space center.

I'm wondering if it's possible to collect data somewhere through regular means, and instead of returning home with it, to transmit it to a science lab <somewhere>? I have 2 labs on Mun and one on Minmus, all of which will be processing data for the next 100 years, but I want to plop a science lab in Kerban orbit and just transmit data to it from probes out in the cosmos.

There is a mod that is supposed to do that, but I never made it work.

In the stock game you can't transmit data to a science lab.

You could however move it there manually in a command pod via Kerbals or such.

As an aside, you get more science depending on where the lab in question is, so it may be more profitable to not bring it back to Kerbin.

I think the mod you're looking for is Science Relay. You can download it at the KSP forums[forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com] or on spacedock.
