I believe it is. Module Manager had it permanently for awhile. People complained, and were told it would be removed and only return on April 1st from then on.

Its just because its 1st of april. THe DLL has code to check the time/date on the system and switch the loading icon.

No big deal.

Iv never seen that before when the game is loading i think its a bug the game did act buggy yesterday.
