How to get out of first person view?

I hit "view" and now I can't get out of it. I pressed it when I was doing a space mission, and it made me see the world as my kerbil. WHich also hinders my view.

[Rhedd]

"V" swaps between kerbals, "C" swaps between vessel and kerbal view.
