How do i use air intakes?
whenever i try to make a plane with jet engines it does not work, i looked on the wiki and it said i needed air intakes so i tried to.
problem #1, they dont snap anyware on the plane
problem #2, even if i somehow get it to attatch inside the engine (possibly glitched) it doesnt work

Regular intakes should snap to the green connector nodes no problem.
I have a basic working jet with 1 central mk1 fuel tank and 2 mk0 tanks on the sides. The mk0's have a spot for the Juno engine and the mk0 size intake.

Some intakes don't have snap points, you put those ones on the sides like you would radial couplers. Just make sure the holes are clear and they should work.

1. Holes face forward?
2. Can the plane fly?
3. Do the engines work?

CONGRATS! YOUR INTAKES WORK

In other words, sm12345, air intakes do not have to be anywhere near the engine assembly itself. All they have to do is be somewhere and oriented in such a way that they get the most amount of air forced in to them. You can have one all the way up front and an engine in the back. The game extrapolates for you all the internal workings on how the air gets to and mixes with the fuel.

You can alway right click them as well to monitor their performance.

Here is an image showing a Juno image attached to a fuel tank, with an air intake on the other side.
