How do you transfer fuel between vessels?
Note:

I have two vessels docked and have enabled advanced tweakables but I don't see how to tranfer fuel....

Electric flows fine but not mono or fuel...

You might also have a heat shield or some part through which (supposedly) no fuel can flow in between the two tanks. You can check all the parts in the science center if they allow fuel crossfeed or not. You might also have a separator in between for which you can enable fuel crossfeed through the right-click menu. Give us a screenshot if you can't fix it still.

I suspect there may be some intermittently appearing bug too. On several occasions I could not transfer fuel between vehicles that were just docked together, but when I later switched back to them from the tracking station, it became possible as expected. Other times it works just fine immediately after docking.

Everyone seems to have forgotten you need to upgrade buildings for fuel transfers.

This fixed the issue for me. Need to upgrade the R&D facility to level 2 to enable resource transfer. Necro'd the thread in case it helps anyone else out.
