Quake 2 on steam doesn't have the music. Quake 3 Arena has the music ? Only the gog version has the music ?

The steam version hast the original soundtrack for quake 3. Don't worry;)

Yeah because for some baffling reason quake 2 did not come with the music. Not even with the music files to set it up yourself? I really didnt get that like they are selling parts of games now

Quake 3 has the music. Quake 1 and 2 do not. I think that has to do with the music for the older games (1 & 2) were actually on the disc as executable audio files. Quake 3, if anything are within the PAK files. Which I have that idea because back when I was a kid I would put game discs in my Boombox's CD player and see if anything would play. Quake 3 would not. I still don't see why Steam wouldn't have included the music in the first place with the other games, but yeah, they blew it on that.
