Resolution in 1080p?

Hi I use Windows 10 and I have a 24" 1080P monitor.
In the resolution settings of Quake 3 Arena I have fullscreen and I do not get the native resolution of the monitor ... I get 1280x1024, 1600x1200 and jump to 2048 x1536.
Is it possible to put 1080p?
I can't go to Team Arena either.

A problem that I saw some time ago I saw that when entering the game the main menu is a loose color as if it lacked intensity ... but well I enter the game and it looks very bright.
If I return to the menu it already looks correct.
