instagib mod

Hi all, loving quake 3, the memories! however, i recall instagib and im sure you could play it offline with bots etc, i have been looking around and not been able to get any mods to let me play instagib. Does anyone have one working and can post a link etc? Would be great to be able to play that again.

I remember setting up instagib lobbies with the excessiveplus mod. There was also a console command to add bots.
Sadly, after reinstalling WIndows, I lost my old configs, but I'm fairly sure if you browse throgh excessiveplus documentation you could find something.
