Need help from defrag players

I have never played defrag sadly, but since q3a is 3$ currently on gog, I wanted to try it out. What do I need to install and where do I get defrag maps?

Oh, and btw as far as I know it has two controlling models. One classic, and one with full mid air controlling. I would like to be able to play with latter scheme. Any extra steps?

if playing offline /df_promode 1 and if online /callvote promode 1 for cpm physics..
