User Interface is version 3, expected 6? Help?

Please somebody help me to fix this.
I've look it up on the internet, never found a real solution. I installed QTracker, and saw that people still play Quake III, but i can't join the servers, because of this error.

Somehow there's a discrepency between the client module and the user interface. Normally this would happen if you were running a mod that's not been updated in a long time, or someone's running an old version of Q3 on a server. Check your Q3 version by pressing ~ and making sure it's version 1.32. Keep an eye on the version of Q3 that is running on any server you're trying to connect to, and see if it's running a mod, such as CPMA, painkeep, defrag, etc.

Yeah i figured it out, found a YT video which explained it. But, it seems that a lot of servers still use a old version of quake

Yeah... I'm not really sure why people still run older versions of Q3 unless it's for a mod that was never updated to newer source or for some feature that was patched over, like rockets damaging through the floor in earlier builds.
