Trying to extract .vpk addon…

How in the heavy f♥ck I can open .vpk file with custom mod? I want to put a Glock to my SMOD install, but looks like nobody in that 7 billion human pool ever created such an useful tool as vpk.exe from L4D Authoring Tools, GCFScape, Gibbed's VPK Extractor and other extractor I found on some Dota2 forums didn't even opened that.
