Unfortunately, we will not get improved graphics. Crate has stated that it is too resource intensive and would require a lot of time. But honestly GD still looks ok even after playing titles like PoE 2 or D4 BAD. GD defends itself with the art style but I also understand that for many the graphics may already be outdated. It's a shame that they didn't decide to outsource this task to a third party, such as HalkHogan who did https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1021. His mod was officially included in the nextgen version of Witcher 3 only in the older version. He knows what he's doing and can preserve the style of the original textures.

Personally, I would be willing to pay extra for DLC with higher resolution textures.

Because PoE2 will be free.

No one is forcing you to participate in the beta or to spend more than $30 on the MTXs. You can wait and play it all for FREE.
