Tried and failed to find this on Google so I will try here.
How do you get epic and legendary tokens? Random drops only?
If a blacksmith can convert gear into tokens, which one is it?

Did you ask on official crate forums under mod section in his DOM thread? & i believe its the breakdown girl back in DC by the portal cant remember her name off hand. You have to find her as one of your quests on your way to kill the Warden.

Seems you can get tokens randomly as a drop of by dismantling blues and purples with dynamite.
