Maybe you have gone to heavy in offence and not invested in defence.
You can load your character to here and link it here and that will give people a better idea what the problem or solution may be. https://www.grimtools.com/calc/
Elite can be a big step for a newer player. My first character I ever made was deleted shortly after my 3rd character. It was pretty rough lol. This means nothing other than you just don't have a deeper understanding of the game, and that's perfectly fine. By the time I built my 4th character, with a clear build in mind as far as gear, stats, talents, and devotion, Ultimate was slight challenege, but I managed to do it with minimal deaths.
There are a lot of aspects to this game that make it seem difficult, but in reality, you just need to really look at what damage type you are, build on that type, and look for items that enhance it, and use devotions that allow for reducing enemy resistances of that type. Reducing enemy resistances is a HUGE buff that goes unseen to ANY build. It's probably more important that almost any other aspect of the build.
EVEN if you feel lost with your character, DON'T QUIT! The AWESOME part of this game, is you can respec any points put intodevotion, AND talents, just not 'mastery' points. No build is ever truly wasted, as I have a blademaster character that I respec depending on which bosses I decide to farm for.
Also https://www.grimtools.com/ this website is your absolute best friend.

Resistances aren't perfect but they are decent. Or at least most of them are.
I'm lvl 81 Druid (Shaman + Arcanist) running lightning build with primal fury, i use wendigo totem for health regen and modgragans pact for extra health. But unfortunately i am using some pretty underleveled gear
I have some lower leveled items, some as low as 40 because of the skill level bonuses it provides to my class, that and I haven't found anything better for shaman
You are running a semi squishy build. So having resists and devotions in the right place are very important. I am not saying your build is bad. All the builds are workable. But really I cannot help you unless I know how you are specced.
I'm currently playing a Conjurer which is a Shaman+Occultist.
Yes, I have respec....
Devotions, like 4 different times.
Skills, like 7 different times.
But I have finally settled with something that I know will work for me and my play style.
Resistances, I have had to grind and shop, grind and shop, grind and shop, until I finally started getting gear that will work for my character.
All of my resistances are 80% and 80%+ except....
Vitality 77%
Stun 31%
Chaos 57%
My character is 79th level and I just made it to Homestead.
I actually am finding Elite easier than Normal.
Now, I am not all hog wild ready to jump into Ultimate.
I'm sure Elite will get much more difficult once I get further into the story.
I also have a 76th level Druid in Elite, but have not played her through Elite.
If you are mainly using Storm Totems and Wind Devils, you need to get them out there in advance as you move forward. Yes, you are going to hear a lot of I can't do that right now, but they are like your mines set out if something chases you while you back track through your totems.
Also, your Armor Rating is WAY too low.
My Conjurers Armor Rating is 1148 and even that is too low.
You also need to have a fast movement speed, so you can out run the monsters that bum rush you.
Also, suggestion to clear your quickbar.
Hit the Y key on your keyboard and put your toggle on/off skills on it (the second quickbar).
Hit Y on your keyboard again to go back to your primary quickbar.
Use your primary quickbar for the skills you fire off all of the time. 😊
EDIT: I got all of my decent Green Gear for Elite between Devils Crossing and Homestead. I did a LOT of star and skull boss grinding and totems. to finally get decent enough gear to progress.
Also, Components. Go to the Blacksmith and do a search for components that will give you the resists you need. A lot of the components are fabricated by him from the components you have. They will give you better percentages.
Also, you should be close to Revered to several of the factions.
Buy their addons which can be added ontop of the components on your gear.
When you grind monster totems for gear with your Druid, you should be able to throw out 3 storm totems and have 2 to 3 wind devils out before you activate the monster totem.
I even did an edit to add more. LOL
Yeah, your armor rating 690 is very very low for your level and you have no armor absorption components on any of it. You really need better than 90% armor absorption and your armor rating should be close to 1000.
My guess is you are too attached to low level blue items. It's a very common mistake to try to max out dps and skimp on defence. There is plenty of better gear, you are just unfamiliar with what is good.
The best gear isn't always for your class and skills. It's often better to look for generic green items with bonuses to your damage type and lots of resistances. It's much easier to get higher armor that way.
Also, most druid builds do Primal Strike or Savagery, not both. You CAN do both but maybe you need to pull some skill points out of one of those into Arcanist defences like Maiven's Sphere and Arcane Will. I prefer Maiven's to the Wendigo Totems because it's always with me and I don't have to think about how far away I am from the totems. Just suggestions, there's more than one way to build a druid.
You know what is funny. On my 100 Ritualist. I am decked out in all kinds of kick butt Mythical, Legendary gear. But I wear a single green item that is just uncommon out of Ugdenbog. It is better than much of the Mythical stuff out. By far the best green item I have seen for any class or build.
Yup, dont be afraid of those green items. I would take my green item almost over every blue I have come across.
