You could do bounties, but they don't really give a lot of rep compared to doing quests so I'd say just keep playing through the game.
U can spend 1 point for each arcanist talent, it's worked for 2d difficulty & respec after. Or just max frozen ring or trozan sky shard - pretty fun, until Albreght луч & meteors down, idk, how called last talent. Max mirror for cd.
As far as arcanist, imo the best strictly arcanist way to level would be with Albrechts aether ray (AAR). When you get to Homestead you can farm the abomination or whatever it is, for a pulsing shard off hand that gives AAR some ADCtH. The big thing with leveling any class, is picking a skill and going to grimtools to find what MIs modify that skill. MIs can be target farmed, so you're not at the mercy of RNG, and they can really make your build ten times better. Having adcth on AAR is pretty huge especially on HC.
