To remove illusions you may have on your characters.

illusion = transmogs
if you only own the basegame you wont have access to the actual illusionist NPC, but the loyalist packs come with illusions, so if you have one of those loyalist "transmogs" on your items, you use that illusion begone to return the item to its default appearance
