This is exactly why I cannot consider PoE 1 or 2 even "Good". Servers aren't in my area, and even when it does function, it's plagued by a number of Free-to-Play issues that I don't get from games generally considered "not nearly as good".
No opinion can change the fact that game plays like crap for me thanks to the dumbass idea of being "always online"
And I mean...who are you attempting to speak for? POE has had 200k concurrent players at one point and there is definitely crossover with GD. I prefer solo play too, but what I personally like is orthogonal to people enjoying something else.
i was using chillspikes in tomb of eldritch sun and most of the time the attack sounds interrupt themselves and some sounds ingame dont play when im fighting (like destroying loot orbs)
We like all the updates and such but hopefully this doesnt keep you from developing GD2 / TQ2 or something.
They simply change an ability and then what? Skill that I used all the time together with a poison skill and they did the same thing.
My level 35 character is practically useless now.
It's really cool how dedicated you are to the game and I appreciate it, but this kind of thing ruins the gameplay for some players.
Now I'm going to invent some way to attack from a distance and hope it won't be useless in the future because of some update.
But can you please look into mana regen rates? It’s not fun at all to spam mana potions on cooldown. Yep, I do use a mana hungry build, but it should not be this bad. Ever.
