Looking for a map or guide that shows all secrets and things I can collect as early as possible.

The title pretty much explains it im effectively looking for the most detailed guide I can get my hands on. I'm really enjoying the game but I really want to get everything asap, I want to get all the collectables and explore as much as I can,

Don't think there is such a thing. There are thousands of items in the game; do you want to collect all of them? If so, then GDStash has a tab to show what you've collected and what you haven't, but that's about it for that sort of thing far as I know.

The GD wiki lists quests so look there.

lol yea no I'm not asking about item for that exact reason. I'm looking for more the secret items or bosses, or anything else that wouldn't be considered in a normal run. The items im interested in are those that would help with puzzles that kinda thing,

Apart from the Hidden Path quest, the other secret ones are all Ultimate only difficulty. Otherwise there aren't really any secret items or bosses if you explore everywhere and break anything breakable.

unless you're referring to something specific GD might just not have that, atleast the game doesn't really have "collectibles", and the closest you get is either hidden path, and the Ult secret bosses Medea mentioned of which there is a guide here on steam/just view Luzzifus' guides.

You can use either grimtools mob database to go over all bosses and click their locations on map, or you can straight up use grimtools map to check if there are areas you dont' recognize/haven't explored yet and if that area has a boss ex https://www.grimtools.com/map/markers/bosses/13030.
Grimtools map will also show you any hidden or "secret" chest, but again they are usually not the collectible kind just regular stuff that was put to the side as mild exploration bonus

I don't know how to search grimtool item db for fixed item drops that are not MIs, but you can do an advanced search and check things dropping from fixed corpses or urns by being "target farmable", then just make note of the things that are not MIs
or if you're after every MI legend/epic/green just make note of those too 😅
