Everytime you re-enter the game, creatures respawn. It's just like d2 in this sense. If this does not answer your question, then please try to ask your question another way, cuz I'm not quite sure what you are gettting at.

mmm why not? all those kind of games respawn all mobs, including bosses., from Diablo to Borderlands.

All bosses respawn in the game the next time you play (after quitting).

All bosses respawn, and yes, Milton drops the necklace each time.

What you can't get more than once is the green necklace from the NPC (his sister), I think the vendor buys you it for like... 40 iron or something lol
You only can do the quest once, so there's no bug at all

Yes this happens with all bosses that I have come across thus far. Diablo 2 and a few other games were the same in this respect. At least its a good way to see how strong your character has gotten since the first time you meet a certain boss for the second time or more. Maybe future patches will stop this or some reason will be given for them respawning to keep the immersion going.

No, bosses will always spawn, so you can farm them, just like in Torchlight, TitanQuest and such.

Thanks for the info DeadMeat. I wondered what the term farming meant LOL. Now i feel like some zombie farmer harvesting bodies :D

You must have not played a lot of online games, especially MMO's... farming is doing the same thing over and over to get loot (gear and items). That's a simple definition anyhow.

Well at Torchlight 2 mobs doesn´t respawns by default. U have to create a LAN or Internet game, check the "ReRoll" box and start the game. Then the game is effectively rerolled for the selected character, even if u go back at Single Player mode.

No i havent LOL. Am pretty much a singleplayer offline type. I think the last game i played online with someone else was HALF LIFE 2. Other then that its been the singleplayer component with games like DIABLO 3 and PATH OF EXILE.
