its because the 6670 simply is a super low end card! same for ur cpu which is garbage. i posted something about in the other "low framerate post":

http://steamcommunity.com/app/219990/discussions/0/666824801314120597/#p2

so..i bought the game abut 50 minutes ago and im playing it in 1080p every graphics setting maxxed out except MSAA at x4 with vsync and i get constant 60 fps in and out of fights.

i5 2500k @ 4.0GHz
16 GB 1600Mhz corsair dominator ram
i dont run it on my ssd but on a 500GB WD caviar blue on sata 3gb
sapphire HD 7950 OC edition dual-x

---------------------------------------------------

i actually play it with 4x SSAA now n i get 50-60 fps in battles.

also the requierments are absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. atleast the minimum ones and part of the recommended.

look in your process manager something called mdm.exe it only runs with grimdawn and my game falls to 22-24 fps when i always play at full 60fps core i7 2600k 3.4ghz, gtx 760, closing the process fix it for me, only happens with grmdawn since the last build 26.

IF you have a process named mdm.exe check this out

http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/mdm.exe.html

Mdm.exe is the Machine Debug Manager, which is used by the Windows NT Option Pack and Microsoft Developer Studio to provide application debugging. When Script Debugging is enabled for Internet Explorer 4.0, the debug manager is initialized whenever Internet Explorer 4.0 is started. The Machine Debug Manager runs as a service and is loaded when your computer starts. If you do not use your computer for debugging purposes, you can safely turn this off (see link). http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/mdm.exe.html
Note: The mdm.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, mdm.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Check this with Security Task Manager.
