Everything actually looks pretty good except you are missing components for armor absorption on your pants, shoulders and chest pieces. Definitely get armor absorption to 100% (now 70%) and you will feel less squishy. These have to be crafted at a blacksmith.
Use some faction augments to get all your resistances to 80 minimum.
A few points in Thermite mine skill will help your damage. You can max it out by the time you are full level. They can be a pain until you're used to them, but they make a huge difference.
For some better armor, Malmouth faction is probably the simplest when you hit level 90, assuming you have the required faction reputation. Otherwise, you are at the mercy of whatever you find. There's a lot of fire damage stuff in the Korvaak lands.
If you want an end game Legendary set, either Virtue or Pyran's is good for fire Oathkeeper.
You can farm a gargoyle girdle (+1 oathkeeper belt) on the way to the final Korvaak fight when you are ready to give up your Blazeseer set.
Happy hunting.
I will adjust accordingly.
Resist reduction is very important. Investing into skills like Thermite Mine, Celestial Presence for Guardians and Blackwater Cocktail's Agonizing Flames is crucial for maximizing damage output.
At level 90, it's easy to get gear upgrades for basically any build from faction vendors, in this case Malmouth might be the best one as already mentioned, but definitely pay a visit to other ones as well.
Will do.
So if what you want to do is bonk stuff with RF you should look in a different direction than those sets specifically.
(likewise Agonizing Flames isn't the end all be all for RR, it's only if doing BWC, since otherwise it becomes an expensive investment "just" for RR easily obtained elsewhere - the key takeway is RR being important not that skill specifically)
general build note which doesn't seem mentioned yet is healing/sustain, once the other mentions have been addressed/fixes applied, you might want to consider adding additional healing/sustain amount, so you're note solely relying on giant's blood proc and health potion. As long as you're auto attacking/weapon attacker lifesteal(global ADCTH) is fine/great, you probably just want bit more amount of it than just 5%
*other note for Auto attacking/Righteous Fervor attacking is, as long as you're using a shield, you'll actually be benefitting from couple points into Shattering Smash wps
(and+2 more skill points into RF will get you max charge level too)
otherwise i think most/the rest has been addressed by magdrigal and Neit
edit.
oh yea, you can assign devo procs to guardians btw, something like Flame Torrent with low cooldown becomes mighty handy if attached to multiple summons/2+ guardians etc
I see, I was thinking of maybe increasing my lifesteal. my idea when making this char is tanking as much as it can while sustaining on lifesteal or maybe changing one or two devotion that can help me tank better. I was thinking of making a auto bonking char in the first place, yeah maybe I'll try experimenting with other gears.
you can use glove component (although as auto attacker not at 200% speed yet you might benefit from attack speed component more)
shifting some devos, ex fox grants you 6%, and/or Revenant grants you 6%, while then also being a potential source for your flat RR/"instead of blackwater"
ex, from 5->22% lifesteal https://www.grimtools.com/calc/a2dOEk0N *keep in mind affixes on pants will vary
5-10 trips is usually all i bother with when the need isn't "bis"/so just getting on to moving on to other stuff
