How many act's?
Is the 3rd act the final act? Also what is the end game going to contain? I've tried looking around for this information but I came up empty.

Third act is the final act, currently there is act 1,2,3 chapt. 1. They have yet to release Chap 2. and 3 of Act 3. Chapter 2 is due out mid March at the latest, hopefully February. There will also be some other unannounced features as well as bring in the factions diplomacy dynamic.

The devs have also said that there might be a small act 4, but it remains to be seen if that will make it into the game.

I hope there will be a 4rth act..
Seems like the standard when it comes to ARPG's like this.

I'm hoping for a 4th act simply because the storyline doesn't seem to have actually advanced enough to be ready for an ending. (Based on the current limt of being able to play up to the gates of Homestead)

I retook in hand Titan quest with immortal throne expansion, as a game of 2006-2007 it weight 7 GB (game + expansion) vs the around 2 of GD, other differences: TQ still has a lot more of content, more acts (3 + a full expansion), more masteries (8), has legendaries meantime GD for now stop at uniques, what GD has more than TQ is: gore, no need to activate skill and click again for use it, lesser cooldowns (aka spammable skills), dual melee weapons, and a working multiplayer (Nordic promised a patch to TQ multiplayer months ago but then they disappeared), then a endgame farming dungeon, wich is not really accessible atm since it is for higher levels and need difficult components for to craft skeleton keys; TQ has a slower leveling, i am barely a lvl 25 at same time i am a 30 in GD (more or less at 2/3 of act 2) but in TQ you drop tons of gold and uncommon items so you don't really need to do like in GD forth and back for to sell crap = more time dedicated into killing mobs in TQ, just for to put some number, i collected around 2 milions of gold at lvl 25 in TQ, means i can buy freely from npcs meantime in GD i can just grumble to the prices; also in TQ you can at least paint your basic greek chiton with a lot of colors; GD has better bank management and recipes wich can be learnt instead of stored (save a lot of space), also mobs in GD scale with your level, TQ not (exampe of a mob group: lvl range from 17 to 24 and they don't change).
Now, after some fact i would say that the game was promise to be finished a year ago, for now seems to lack a lot of content so i suppose we will need to wait some more month before it will be finished with the actual working rythm of the few ppl dedicated to this project, seven if i am not wrong, i would like to see it finished soon, or at least before of march since i will go to hospital for heart surgery but well, i know it is an irrealistic hope, so i hope at least to play it after the surgery :), good luck to me ^^.

p.s. i would like to have the life wells as savepoints like in TQ, since maps are huge without them and need a lot of time for to finish one and move to the next portal, this could be fine if you have a lot of free time but not all have a lot of freetime :).
