getphysicallyinstalledsystemmemory not compatible with Windows XP! - FIXED
This message now comes up whenrunning the game after latest patch (25) - is this a bug, or is Grim Dawn no longer compatble with Windows XP? (See reply below for fix)

Thanks for the report, this is a bug.

As a workaround for now you should be able to edit your "options.txt" file in "documents/my games/grim dawn/settings", and change the value for "reportStats" to 2. This change should allow the game to run.

We'll hotfix this issue sometime later today with a more permanent solution.

my options file did not have reportStats, and adding it made no difference (Assuming it requires: reportStats = 2)

It just downloaded a small patch, but the problem remains - was it intended to fix this particular problem?

My suspicions were proved correct - and I fixed the problem: I moved the .exe file to force it to re-download/update and it worked... :)

I need a new soundcard before I upgrade - my current one doesn't support anything above windows XP, and I'm broke... (It cost £500 new - Edirol DA2496.)

I could be totally wrong as I've only ever once owned a soundcard and it was for about 2 days, but according to this post you can get it to work on Windows 7 64bit. -
