dual pistols, how to...

as per title, i'm running a ranged build. I see pics of dual gun ppl everywhere but when i try to do so the gun i was wielding goes to inventory.

What i'm doing wrong? Should i buy the other gun at Ned Flander's Leftorium?

Dual wielding pistols requires a specific item to enable it. The Gunslinger's talmisman relic, the gunslinger's jacket and the marauder's ammo belt all enable dual pistols.

Just to specify, you only require 1 of the above mentioned items, not all 3.

What's a good place to farm these items ?

The slinger relics drop from anything and all the other epic gear drops from anything as well .There is no one area or boss that specifically drops them .Only some monster infrequents and mistborn relic drop from a specific boss .

If you run into a deadlock with your build, like only finding caster or melee items, try make a new character(not deleting the old ofc) and get it to a level where it can use those other items.
No point in getting frustrated over RNG, and maybe you will find the item you are looking for while playing/leveling other characters, after which you can resume making your dual-pistol build.

My Saboteur is lvl 34 and no luck but I know what you mean.

In case anyone has not said this, you can buy dual wield pistol ability recipe from the first rep vendor for 10k iron. At least this is how I am understanding it. I think the iron is the only requirement.

Saw the very same thing few days ago, it roused some interest. If it's feasible, I'm rolling a dual-wielder :)
