My documents, my games, grim dawn
\Steam\userdata\<Your unique numbers>\219990\remote\save\main
Or if you are in a custom campaign (mods) it may instead be located in
\Steam\userdata\<Your unique numbers>\219990\remote\save\user
ty very much
I know this is an old post, but I gotta say, I'm pretty sure the primary purpose of that post was to add another save location to the thread about save locations.
And even if it were to brag, what a worthless reply. Be glad I don't have control of the Xbox Live "delete stick," because I'd delete your Xbox Live account. That comment is almost as salient as yours.
That kind of comment makes me confident you'll only ever have control of one bitterly abused "ban stick," so maybe instead of being glad you don't have control of the Steam one, the target of your sick burn could just as reasonably choose to be smugly confident you'll never have any power, or just never give your petty hate a second thought, if he ever even saw it in the first place.
It's not even a given that he pirated the game (I admit it's likely). But you'd have banned him without even thinking twice. Even ignoring the question of when to "stay in your lane" (plenty of times you shouldn't, so we can pretend this is one) you should probably make at least a token effort to be sure you're lynching the right victim lol.
And he may have purchased one or more copies of the game in addition to pirating it. That's unlikely to make it legal anywhere, but it would sure make me even less likely to care that he "stole" from ... hardly the hard-working devs. This doesn't justify anything, but publishers (not relevant in the case of Grim Dawn) and middlemen like Valve take a lot of the money you spend on a game. They're important, but most of them are gigantic (and not as integral as the people making the games), and I'm hardly going to cry about money they didn't get.
My guess is, you just have vague but strong feelings about "rule of law". You probably also think a large portion of illegal immigrants cross into the US from Mexico, on the ground. You probably also think a lot of them actually enter the country illegally. You probably think they actually affect you (well, more of them pay taxes than actually directly benefit from taxes, like MediCare, so I guess tax-wise you benefit a little from illegal immigrants if you live in the US or any country with even vaguely similar tax schema). And you probably think that a wall at the border would make a significant impact on anything other than the contractors that build it (I'm pretty liberal, so I'm not strongly opposed to completely made-up jobs to help the working class, but there are better options). Ignorance is often bliss, so you might be happier than me, but lol.
Like it or not it's against both Crate and Steam's ToS/Terms and Conditions to promote piracy. Deal with it and leave your political views out of the discussion.
How to spot the snowflake fresh off the college campuses safe space? That's how.
There's a reason why the persons post I quoted in that post no longer exists outside of that quote. Think on it long and hard. Hopefully when Zantai comes thru here he just deletes all references to it in other people's posts. *here - I'll start by deleting my quote of it*
It should also be noted that humaj doesn't own the game either and one wonders why they are even in this long lost thread and fixated on the cracked save location (or any save locations of the game for that matter).
