Soul Bound?
I have come across a couple of things that indicate that they ae "soul bound" when applied to an item. Can anyone clear up what this means?

It means you can only use that item for one char, once used it is nontransferable if you put it in shared storage it will be taken off what ever you have put it on.

Soul bound items will most likely just be faction items/augments.

It will become more clear when B25 is released so it's probably best not to freak out over something when it isn't fully known/tried (generally saying this).
