Static Strike question

Does the % fire damage increase all fire damage, including the dmg on your gear, or ONLY the flat fire damage on static strike?

More specifically, does the % fire damage increase gear bonus fire dmg when using fire strike?

Since its 100% wpn dmg that means it increases all fire dmg when using the skill, i would assume.

The % fire damage is additive with all your other % fire damage and modifies all fire damage used in the attack. This includes any fire damage on the skill itself and any fire damage on gear through the % weapon damage stat.

As long as it is the firestrike ability itself, yes.

It wont affect your Blackwater Cocktail, f.ex.
