Farming Wendigo Spirits

So, Wendigo Spirits seem to be a pain to farm.
I usually try to kill the 3 wendigo bosses you have to kill for the quest "the feast"
but after like 3-5 runs, i got like a single spirit from them. so around 12-15 wendigo bosses for a single spirit seems a bit of a struggle.

Anyone has a good method of farming them decently consistent ?
