Any mods to rebalance vanilla?

Most mods seems outdated (and many were dropped after v1.2).
I want mod that just improve vanilla (like rebalancing/expanding existing masteries, items, improves enemies ans so on). I dont want mods that just add masteries from D3, Poe, TQ or whatever or any QoL/fast leveling/etc stuff

Well, vanilla is pretty well balanced to start with and nothing I know of expands on the existing masteries.
