[Bug?] Disappearing Cave - Gutworm
I found a new (it's been a while since I played) cave in the mud row area (I *think*) with a new boss in it - Gutworm. I got the drop "Gutworm's Bloody Seal", but can't find it again. I've been back to the exact area, there's just no cave link.

Two questions:

1) Am I being dumb and new content won't appear on old characters? i.e. my new arcanist will get the cave, but my older chars which were made pre-build 20 or so won't?

2) If so, is there a way to force the client to re-gen the map for old characters? I was fairly sure it was remade each time you started again, but maybe not

or

3) Is this cave / boss a one off?

4) Just thought of this - does it appear only on veteran?

It has 3 possible spawn locations.

Care to list them?

I ran around the entire segment of those areas (Burrwhich lower, upper, east, graveyard etc) and couldn't spot it.
